1. The service
BrightPath provides a hosted center-management platform. Each subscribing center receives its own private address and database. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the people you give access to.
2. Free trial and billing
Your plan starts with a 30-day free trial and a card is required to begin. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged according to the selected plan, after any promotional free months. Payments are processed by Stripe; BrightPath never sees or stores your card number.
3. Commitments and renewals
The 1-year and 3-year plans carry a commitment for their term and are billed monthly. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. A one-time onboarding fee applies to plans that list one.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. If it is not resolved after a grace period, your center is paused until the payment method is updated.
5. Cancellation and your data
You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. After a subscription ends, your center is paused and its data is kept for a limited period so it can be restored, then it is deleted.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use BrightPath to break the law, to attempt to access another center’s data, or to disrupt the service.
